1. JoinMap (jmgrp) - Dendrogram viewer [by Steve Edberg].
Automatic extraction of raw scores from database and creation of so called *.loc file
2. Python_MadMapper_V224_RECBIT.py - Python script is designed to do similar grouping as jmgrp. Semiautomatic search for noisy data. Pairwise matrix contains data for positive as well as for negative linkage scores.
